What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in client services, administrative support, or a related field. - You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. - You have the ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Pittsburgh, PA. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the financial services industry. - Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) software. - Prior experience in a contract-to-hire role. - Knowledge of operational workflows within financial services.
