Role Overview: As a Client Services Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple Operations teams within our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This contract-to-hire position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks and enhance client service operations effectively. What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing and coordinating client service activities. - You will handle data entry, reporting, and documentation to ensure accurate and timely information flow. - You will communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve inquiries and provide updates. - You will support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. - You will maintain organized records and assist in compliance-related tasks. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project deliverables. - You will participate in training sessions and contribute to team meetings. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in client services or administrative roles, preferably within financial services. - You have strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. - You demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working onsite in a fast-paced financial services environment. - Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) software. - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services. - Previous contract-to-hire or temporary staffing experience.
