Role Overview: As a Client Services Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple Operations teams within our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This contract-to-hire position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage client interactions and operational tasks efficiently while working onsite five days a week. What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing client service requests and ensuring timely resolution. - You will analyze client data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. - You will coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations. - You will maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and service activities. - You will support process improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. - You will prepare reports and presentations for management review. - You will troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly and professionally. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and client needs. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services or administrative roles, preferably within financial services. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA, five days a week. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with financial services operations or related software. - Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques. - Previous experience in a contract-to-hire role. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client service.
