Role Overview: As a Client Services Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple Operations teams within our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This contract-to-hire position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks and facilitate smooth client service operations. What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing client service requests and ensuring timely resolution. - You will coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to maintain service quality. - You will analyze client data and prepare reports to support operational decision-making. - You will maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and service activities. - You will support process improvement initiatives to enhance client service efficiency. - You will handle scheduling and logistical support for client meetings and team activities. - You will troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed to ensure client satisfaction. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in client services or administrative support, preferably within financial services. - You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. - You have the ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Pittsburgh, PA. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in financial services or a related industry. - Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) software. - Knowledge of operational workflows and process improvement methodologies. - Prior experience in a contract-to-hire role.
