Role Overview: As a Client Services Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple Operations teams within our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This contract-to-hire position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks and facilitate smooth client service operations. What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing and organizing client service requests and documentation. - You will coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. - You will maintain accurate records and update databases to support operational efficiency. - You will prepare reports and summaries to provide insights into client service performance. - You will support process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. - You will handle scheduling and logistical support for client meetings and team activities. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in an administrative or client services role, preferably within financial services. - You have strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities effectively. - You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients and teams. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. - You demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working onsite in a fast-paced financial services environment. - Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) software. - Knowledge of financial services operations and terminology. - Previous contract-to-hire experience.
