Role Overview: As a Client Services Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple Operations teams within our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is designed to ensure smooth administrative and client service operations, contributing to overall team efficiency and client satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing client service requests and administrative tasks. - You will coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. - You will maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and operational processes. - You will support the preparation of reports and data analysis to inform decision-making. - You will help streamline workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements. - You will manage scheduling and logistics for team meetings and client engagements. - You will provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project initiatives and operational goals. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in client services, administrative support, or operations within financial services or a related industry. - You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. - You have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - You demonstrate problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working onsite in a contract-to-hire role. - Familiarity with financial services operations and terminology. - Knowledge of CRM software or client management tools. - Previous experience supporting multiple teams simultaneously.
