Role Overview: As a Client Services Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple Operations teams within our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This contract-to-hire position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks and facilitate smooth client service operations. What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing client service requests and ensuring timely resolution. - You will coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to maintain service quality. - You will analyze client data to identify trends and support process improvements. - You will prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation for operational activities. - You will support the onboarding process for new clients and team members. - You will troubleshoot and resolve administrative issues to enhance client satisfaction. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. - You will maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in client services or administrative support, preferably in financial services. - You have strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities effectively. - You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and teams. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. - You have a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a financial services environment. - Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) software. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to financial services. - Previous experience in a contract-to-hire role.
