This contract-to-hire position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage administrative tasks efficiently while fostering strong client relationships and ensuring smooth operational workflows. What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing client communications and coordinating service requests. - You will analyze client data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve service delivery. - You will maintain accurate records and documentation to support operational processes. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues promptly. - You will support the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and client use. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - You will participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction. - You will provide administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence management. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services or administrative roles, preferably within financial services. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Pittsburgh, PA. - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience in financial services or operations support. - Familiarity with CRM software and client management systems. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in financial services. - Project management experience or certification.
