This contract-to-hire position requires onsite presence five days a week and focuses on delivering exceptional administrative and client service support to enhance operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing client communications and resolving inquiries promptly. - You will coordinate and organize client data and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. - You will support the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and client use. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery. - You will maintain detailed records of client interactions and operational activities. - You will troubleshoot and escalate issues to appropriate departments as needed. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the client services function. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in client services or administrative roles, preferably within financial services. - You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. - You demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in financial services or a related industry. - Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) software. - Prior experience in a contract-to-hire role. - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services.
