Role Overview: As a Client Services Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple Operations teams within our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This contract-to-hire position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks and facilitate smooth client service operations. What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing client service requests and ensuring timely resolution. - You will coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to maintain service quality. - You will track and report on key performance metrics to support operational improvements. - You will maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and service activities. - You will support the onboarding process for new clients and team members. - You will identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction. - You will handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - You will participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services, administrative support, or operations within financial services. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Pittsburgh, PA. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with financial services operations or client relationship management. - Familiarity with CRM software and data reporting tools. - Prior experience in a contract-to-hire role. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
