Role Overview: As a Client Services Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple Operations teams within our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This contract-to-hire position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks and enhance client service operations effectively. What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow. - You will support client service activities by maintaining accurate records and facilitating communication between teams. - You will analyze client data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve service delivery. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues promptly and efficiently. - You will prepare reports and presentations to support operational decision-making. - You will maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - You will contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in client services or administrative roles, preferably within financial services. - You have strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. - You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - You have the ability to analyze data and generate reports. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in financial services or a related industry. - Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) software. - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services. - Prior experience in a contract-to-hire role.
