Role Overview: As a Client Services Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple Operations teams within our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is designed to provide administrative and analytical support to enhance client service delivery and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing client service requests and ensuring timely resolution. - You will analyze client data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. - You will coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations. - You will maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and service activities. - You will support the preparation of reports and presentations for management review. - You will help streamline processes to improve client satisfaction and operational workflows. - You will participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for service improvement. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services, administrative support, or a related role. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Pittsburgh, PA. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the financial services industry. - Familiarity with CRM software and client management systems. - Analytical skills with experience in data analysis or reporting. - Previous contract-to-hire experience.
