Role Overview: As a Client Services Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple Operations teams within our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This contract-to-hire position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks and facilitate smooth client service operations. What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing client service requests and ensuring timely resolution. - You will coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to maintain clear and effective information flow. - You will analyze client data and prepare reports to support operational decision-making. - You will maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and service activities. - You will identify process improvement opportunities to enhance client service efficiency. - You will support onboarding and training activities for new team members as needed. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all client service activities. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in client services or administrative roles, preferably within financial services. - You have strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities effectively. - You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients and teams. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. - You demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in financial services or a related industry. - Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) software. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to financial services. - Previous experience in a contract-to-hire role.
