Role Overview: As a Client Services Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple Operations teams within our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This contract-to-hire position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage administrative tasks efficiently while ensuring seamless client service delivery. What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing client service requests and ensuring timely resolution. - You will coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations. - You will maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and service activities. - You will analyze client data to identify trends and support process improvements. - You will prepare reports and presentations to update stakeholders on service performance. - You will support onboarding and training activities for new team members. - You will troubleshoot and resolve client issues with a proactive approach. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in client services or administrative support, preferably within financial services. - You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - You have the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively. - You demonstrate problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in financial services or a related industry. - Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) software. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in financial services. - Previous experience in a contract-to-hire role.
