What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow. - You will communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and provide timely updates. - You will maintain accurate records and documentation related to client services and operations. - You will support data entry and reporting activities to help track performance metrics. - You will help identify process improvements to enhance client service delivery. - You will coordinate schedules and meetings to support team collaboration. - You will handle client inquiries and escalate issues as necessary to appropriate departments. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services, administrative support, or operations within financial services. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. - Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Pittsburgh, PA.
