Role Overview: As a Client Services Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple Operations teams within our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This contract-to-hire position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks efficiently while ensuring seamless client service operations. What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing and coordinating client service activities. - You will handle data entry, documentation, and reporting to support operational workflows. - You will communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to resolve inquiries and issues. - You will maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies. - You will support process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. - You will participate in team meetings and contribute to project initiatives as needed. - You will manage scheduling and administrative tasks to facilitate smooth daily operations. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in client services, administrative support, or operations. - You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. - You have the ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Pittsburgh, PA. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the financial services industry. - Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) software. - Prior experience in a contract-to-hire role. - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services.
