This position is designed to ensure smooth administrative and client service operations, acting as a key liaison between teams and clients to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing client service requests and ensuring timely resolution. - You will coordinate daily administrative tasks to support operational workflows. - You will communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address inquiries and provide updates. - You will maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and service activities. - You will analyze client service data to identify trends and recommend improvements. - You will support the onboarding process for new clients and team members. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction. - You will participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in client services, administrative support, or operations within financial services or a related industry. - You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. - You have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - You demonstrate problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
