Role Overview: As a Client Services Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple Operations teams within our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This contract-to-hire position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage administrative tasks efficiently while ensuring seamless client service operations. What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing and coordinating client service activities. - You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records to support operational workflows. - You will communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to resolve inquiries and issues. - You will prepare reports and documentation to track service performance and client satisfaction. - You will support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - You will participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in client services or administrative support, preferably within financial services. - You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. - You have the ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Pittsburgh, PA. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with financial services operations or knowledge of industry regulations. - Familiarity with CRM software and data management tools. - Prior experience in a contract-to-hire role. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
