This contract-to-hire position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks and enhance client service operations effectively. What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing and coordinating client service activities. - You will handle data entry, reporting, and documentation to ensure accurate and timely information flow. - You will communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve inquiries and provide updates. - You will support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. - You will maintain organized records and track project progress. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. - You will participate in meetings and contribute to problem-solving initiatives. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in client services or administrative support, preferably in financial services. - You have strong organizational and multitasking skills. - You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. - You demonstrate attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
