What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow. - You will support client service activities by maintaining accurate records and documentation. - You will communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and provide timely updates. - You will analyze client service processes and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency. - You will prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making and client communications. - You will manage scheduling and logistics for meetings and client interactions. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. - You will contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing insights and supporting colleagues. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services, administrative support, or operations within financial services. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with client management software. - Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Pittsburgh, PA.
