Role Overview: As a Client Services Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple Operations teams within our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This contract-to-hire position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks and enhance client service operations effectively. What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing and coordinating client service activities. - You will handle data entry, reporting, and documentation to ensure accurate and timely information flow. - You will communicate with internal teams and clients to resolve inquiries and provide updates. - You will support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. - You will maintain organized records and assist in compliance-related tasks. - You will participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution. - You will manage scheduling and logistics for client-related activities. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in administrative or client services roles, preferably within financial services. - You have strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. - You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. - You have the ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Pittsburgh, PA. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with financial services operations or client support. - Familiarity with CRM software and data management tools. - Prior experience in a contract-to-hire role. - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services.
