Genesis St. Peters is seeking a part-time Clinic Coordinator / Front Desk Associate to serve as the welcoming face of our clinic and a key support for our clinical team.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, values organization, and brings a friendly, calm presence to a clinical environment. It’s also a great fit for retirees or individuals seeking dedicated and meaningful part-time work. Genesis St. Peters provides ABA therapy to children with autism, supporting communication, independence, and life skills so children can live their best possible lives. Key Responsibilities • Manage front desk operations • Answer and route phone calls • Assist with scheduling • Support billing & data collection (training provided) • Occasionally assist with: • Technician breaks • Escorting children to the restroom • Greet and assist parents • Maintain a calm, welcoming clinic environment Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience working with children • Friendly, dependable personality • CPR certification required (training provided) • Willingness to learn clinic systems Schedule & Pay • Part-time • $17 – $22/hour • Opportunity to transition into full-time
