About the Company Insurance start-up in San Francisco is currently looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Property and Casualty Lines of business to help build out their operational functionality to support the entire customer experience. About the Role Post-Sale Customer Success experience. Someone with strong understanding of onboarding customers and renewal processes. Ongoing relationship management identity (someone with proven leadership in this area). Responsibilities • Experience with client retention modeling and life-cycle management. • Experience with building/scaling a model in a high growth environment. • Experience within an entrepreneurial environment (ability to "flex" across multiple tasks, positions, responsibilities, etc.) Qualifications • Post-Sale Customer Success experience. • Individuals within a Retail Broker and/or Insurance Carrier environment will be strongly considered for this role. • Strong understanding of onboarding customers and renewal processes. Required Skills • Proven leadership in ongoing relationship management. Preferred Skills • Experience with client retention modeling and life-cycle management. • Experience with building/scaling a model in a high growth environment. • Experience with start-ups. Pay range and compensation package • Base Salary will be equivalent with experience level.
