Lead and coordinate agile product development teams, provide technical leadership, and manage project support activities.
5+ years managing complex technology projects with large teams, federal IT software delivery experience, PMP certification, and Agile methodologies expertise.
Job Description Key Responsibilities: • Assist in successful product development support with agile, test-driven development, and continuous integration methodologies. • Champion planning, coordination, and communication of multidisciplinary/cross-functional teams responsible for delivering agile product development and defined subsystems, products, and/or services. • Provide technical leadership/guidance to the project team in performance of the work, and review the quality of work products. • Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all project support activities. Requirements: • 5+ years of proven experience managing technology projects in a large matrix organization. • Minimum 3-5 years specifically managing complex technology projects and directly managing or leading engineering teams of 20+ employees. • Federal IT Software Delivery experience and managing individual project budgets. • Proven experience influencing and presenting to leadership. • Fluency with developing and executing project schedules. • Problem-solving experience in a team environment. • Experience with Jira and Agile Project Management. • Experience managing multiple agile teams and scrum masters. Preferred Qualifications: • PMP Certification Required. • Agile, SAFe, and Scrum Certifications Preferred.
