Provide high-level operational and executive support to founders, driving execution and managing projects across multiple domains.
Requires startup scaling experience, prior Chief of Staff or Head of Operations role, strong strategic and execution skills, and ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments.
What You’ll Do • Act as a right-hand partner and force multiplier for the founders—driving execution and clearing bottlenecks • Own high-impact projects and day-to-day operations across hiring, finance, legal, and general ops, delaying the need for dedicated hires • Design and implement lightweight, effective processes for hiring, onboarding, goal-setting, and internal coordination • Shape and maintain the company’s culture—being the glue that keeps people connected, cared for, and operating at a high standard • Roll up your sleeves for whatever is needed (e.g., offsites, vendor management, documentation) • Take on any role you like as the company scales What You’ll Bring • Required: 0→1 experience—building from scratch in a high-uncertainty environment • Ideally: 1→10 experience at a fast-growth startup • Ideally: Experience working across two+ teams with distinct cultures, giving you intuition for how culture forms and scales • Generalist mindset with strong strategic thinking and a bias for action • Prior experience as a Chief of Staff or Head of Operations • Exceptional ownership, autonomy, and problem-solving • Strong execution, prioritization, and attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal skills and cross-functional coordination ability • High work ethic, adaptability, and comfort with fast-paced environments • Entrepreneurial ambition and appetite for increasing responsibility
