The Restaurant General Manager oversees all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth functionality and exceptional customer experiences. Reporting directly to regional management, this role involves managing all restaurant staff, coordinating scheduling, controlling inventory, and maintaining financial performance while upholding company standards. The General Manager plays a key role in fostering team development and operational excellence, with opportunities for career progression and occasional travel for training or meetings. Responsibilities • Manage and supervise all restaurant staff directly • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns • Oversee inventory control to optimize stock levels and minimize waste • Create and maintain staff schedules ensuring appropriate coverage • Conduct training and development programs for team members • Prepare and analyze financial reports to monitor restaurant performance Required Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management Preferred Qualifications • Associate degree in Business or related field • Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills • Experience in customer service and inventory management • Proficiency in budgeting and scheduling • Knowledge of health and safety compliance • Skilled in staff training and development • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems • Effective communication abilities Company DescriptionGenesh, Inc. is a multi-unit franchise restaurant operator with locations across Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Indiana.
