The Multi Unit Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of multiple business locations. Responsible for driving operational excellence, this position directly supervises unit managers while regularly traveling between units to ensure consistent standards across all sites. The manager leverages centralized management software to monitor operations, enhance customer experience, and maintain compliance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team development. Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple units • Lead and develop unit managers and their teams • Manage budgets to maximize profitability and control costs • Ensure exceptional customer experience standards are met • Coordinate staff training and development programs • Control inventory and monitor stock levels • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements • Regularly travel between units to maintain operational consistency Preferred Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in multi-unit management • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field • Strong leadership and team development skills • Proficiency in operations management and customer service • Experience with inventory management and problem solving • Excellent communication and time management abilities Company DescriptionGenesh, Inc. is a multi-unit franchise restaurant operator with locations across Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Indiana.
