What You Bring: - Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or phone support roles. - Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly. - Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively. - Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience in retail or e-commerce customer support. - Familiarity with Journeys or Genesco brands. - Experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish.
