What You Bring: - You bring at least 1 year of experience in customer service or phone support roles. - You have excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor. - You are comfortable using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are able to work independently in a remote environment while managing your time effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience in retail or e-commerce customer support. - Familiarity with CRM software and call center technologies. - Bilingual language skills. - Experience working in a seasonal or contract role.
