Role Overview: As a Seasonal Chat Support Representative for Journeys, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service through online chat. This position is designed to support increased seasonal demand, providing timely and effective assistance to customers while representing the brand with professionalism and care. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via chat. - You will assist customers with product questions, order status, returns, and exchanges. - You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction. - You will document customer interactions accurately in the system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve service quality. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and policies. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards. - You will adapt to changing business needs and support continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring: - You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support roles. - You possess strong written communication skills with attention to detail. - You are comfortable using chat platforms and CRM software. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and patience in handling customer concerns. - You can work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access. - You have a flexible schedule to accommodate seasonal peak hours.
