Role Overview: As a Seasonal Chat Support Representative for Journeys, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service through online chat. This position is designed to support increased customer demand during peak seasons, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on your performance and the company’s needs. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via chat. - You will assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and exchanges. - You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive shopping experience. - You will document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve service quality. - You will stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times.
