Base Salary: $105,000-$125,000   General Physician, P.C. is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Home visits Service Line to provide patient care in Buffalo, NY conducting home visits . In this position you will deliver evidenced based care for Primary Care patients in coordination with the Primary Care team.
