Job Description Role Overview The Solutions Enablement teamaims to build effective,scalable,andcohesive HR solutions that minimize redundancy and deliver seamless data and insights for a better end-user experience. We partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to address business needs and provide harmonized technology, tools, and data that help COEs maximize their impact at GM. The Solutions Consultant Leader for Talent Acquisition (TA) is a strategic partner responsible for driving the design, build, and rollout of integrated solutions that enable business outcomes. This role proactivelyidentifiesand shapes solutionopportunities andensures seamless delivery in partnership with the Implementation team and other stakeholders. The ideal candidatewill have a solid understanding of Talent Acquisition in large, global organizations anddemonstratedeep empathy for their complexity and demands. They will also bepassionate about leading teams to deliver user-centric, data-informed solutions thatdriveenterprise value. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership • Build, lead, and develop a team of Solutions Consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability • Set clear goals, provide coaching and feedback, and support professional growth for team members • Allocate resources to ensureoptimalsupport and delivery • Champion best practices in solution design, rollout, and stakeholder engagement across the team Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management • Serve as the primary point of contact forTAand HR leadership onTAsolution enablement strategy and priorities • Build strong relationships withTAleaders, IT,Purchasing, and other key stakeholders • Facilitate alignment on business needs, solution roadmaps, and prioritization across the HR portfolio • Represent the Solutions Enablement team inexecutiveforums and cross-functional initiatives Solution Strategy & Portfolio Management • Set the vision and direction for solution enablement, ensuring alignment with HR and enterprise strategy • Oversee the development and execution of solution roadmaps forTA, ensuring integration, scalability, and user-centricity • Drive proactive identification of solution opportunities • Fostera culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement Solution Delivery & Governance • Oversee the end-to-end solution buildout andfacilitaterollout process, ensuring cross-functional alignment andtimelydelivery • Ensure rigorous documentation of requirements, solution options, and decision rationale • Ensure robust rolloutand adoptionplans fornew solutions • Monitor solution adoption, track key metrics, and drive accountability for business outcomes • Lead governance processes for solution selection, sourcing, and vendor management Sourcing, Procurement &Vendor Management • Oversee sourcing and procurement activities forTAsolutions, ensuring consistency and compliance • Build and manage vendor relationships, including performance management and issue resolution Key Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, information systems, or related field • 8+ years of experience inTA,TAtechnology, or business process consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams • Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project portfolio management skills • Deep understanding of HR technology, integration concepts, and data flows • Excellent communication, facilitation, and change leadership abilities Compensation The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate. • The salary range for this role is $165,300 - $220,200. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position. GM does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.
