Job Description Role Overview The Total Rewards Program - Senior Analyst will support the operational management of the Total Rewards Portal, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Compensation & Benefits SMEs, IT, HR, Legal, Purchasing, Legal) along with varying levels of leadership across the US and the globe and external vendors. This role will ensure seamless portal functionality and user experience, drive well-executed program launches and updates, and deliver data-driven insights to improve employee experience and program effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Process and Governance Manage portal configurations, permissions, and user roles and ensure data integrity through regular audits and reconciliations Oversee the daily operations of the total rewards portal, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience Maintain end-to-end process documentation and escalation protocols to support consistent and efficient administration (e.g., program guides, RASIC, desk procedures, escalation matrix, change control process, etc.) Champion our governance model per program and host Steering Committee meetings by scheduling meetings, creating the agenda & content, and capturing actions/open items Conduct quarterly program reviews & audits using internal tools Monitor employee feedback channels, respond to inquiries and/or escalate to SMEs as needed Reporting, Data Insights and Analytics Deliver dashboards and reports that provide insights on portal usage, employee engagement, and program performance based on measurement strategy Support compliance and audit requirements through accurate data management and reporting Measure communication campaign effectiveness in partnership with the Total Rewards Communications Consultant Vendor/Program Administration Review and resolve inquiries, requests, and escalations from Vendor and Internal Teams and/or leadership Root cause issues as they arise and take a proactive approach by perform creating audit processes Manage vendor relationship, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and timely issue resolutions Conduct regular vendor meetings to uphold relationship, resolve issues, track open items, etc. Ensure timely execution of invoicing by creating shopping carts, obtain approvals, and deliver PO details to vendors Implement Program Enhancements & Changes Partner with internal teams and vendors to implement updates and new features Define project plans, gather requirements, and manage timelines for flawless executions Support content editor with changes in portal, per approved governance structure Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful deployments and coordinate change management with Total Rewards Communications Lead Continuous Improvement & Innovation Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in total rewards technology Required Qualifications 5+ years of relevant Total Rewards experience, with a demonstrated progression in roles, responsibilities, or scope over time Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field or equivalent experience Ability to work with customers to understand and define requirements, at both the technical and business level, with proven ability to manage expectations, deliver on time, and resolve issues effectively Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Must have the ability to accommodate global time-zones Proficient in MS Office (Project, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Required Competencies Strong organizational skills and cross-functional collaboration skills. Analytical mindset with strong storytelling with data skills Able to work independently, take initiative, and not be afraid to lead or challenge status quo Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork and partnerships Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage multiple priorities/assignments within restricted time constraints Compensation The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate. The salary range for this role is $88,100 – 140,700. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
