Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Marketing Manager - Blazer ICE & Blazer EV to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the lifecycle management of our products, crafting and executing marketing strategies that enhance positioning, pricing, packaging, and messaging. Your insights into customer behaviors, competitive landscapes, and market trends will drive our initiative to successfully prepare for the next generation of vehicles. This position will report to the Marketing Manager. Main Duties and Responsibilities • Collaborate to develop innovative positioning, marketing strategies, and plans for Blazer ICE and Blazer EV. • Utilize market insights, segment data, and competitor analysis to uncover key consumer insights and competitive opportunities. • Lead the creation of a monthly go-to-market plan, including sales forecasts and market intelligence. • Ensure all communications—consumer, dealer, press releases, and playbooks—are accurate and impactful. • For product launches, create and implement comprehensive plans in collaboration with Communications, Product, and Advertising teams. • Work with media, digital, and CRM teams to refine strategies and optimize promotions. • Partner with supply chain and order fulfillment teams to proactively address and resolve production issues. • Interface with research teams to utilize insights for product development and support strategic decision-making. • Engage in conflict resolution and decision-making across various teams (Brands, Product, Finance, Pricing). • Craft communication messages based on product attributes and market trends for diverse audiences. • Develop training content as the subject matter expert, including guides and resources for dealer training. • Analyze data with Sales Ops, Regional Teams, and Finance regarding incentive strategies and execution. • Manage the marketing vehicle fleet and coordinate cross-functional ordering patterns. • Provide clear communications and support to Field teams on brand updates and product configurations. • Leverage data analysis skills to produce recommendations for current and future vehicles. • Implement innovative strategies to enhance customer experiences, achieve brand goals, and maximize profitability. • Guide creative projects, ensuring alignment with the Chevrolet brand messaging. Requirements • Bachelor's degree required. • 5+ years of product marketing or relevant marketing experience. • Proven project management experience. Skills and Abilities • Adept at collaborating in complex team environments. • Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. • Skilled at synthesizing data into actionable insights. • Strong decision-making abilities, particularly in balancing trade-offs. • Exceptional oral and written communication skills. • Highly developed presentation skills for delivering compelling messages. • Proficient in analyzing complex data for in-depth insights. • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Willingness to travel (10-15%) within the domestic region. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in diverse marketing roles such as packaging, positioning, research, and pricing. • Prior dealer contact experience is a plus.
