Full Description

We’re looking for a Workforce Scheduling Solution Manager to oversee the delivery of Project Flex, a 3-year initiative to modernize scheduling for hourly employees across all North American manufacturing plants (US, Canada, Mexico). This role acts as a critical conduit between business, Human Resources (HR), and Digital & Technology (D&T), ensuring the right people and processes are in place for a smooth, timely implementation. This is a new position, reporting to the Project Flex leadership team, with remote flexibility and moderate travel (~25%) to manufacturing sites as needed. What You’ll Do: Serve as the oversight lead for scheduling software implementation, ensuring all waves of Project Flex meet success criteria. Act as the bridge between HR, Supply Chain, and D&T, coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders. Ensure the right participants are involved in each discussion—technical, operational, or HR-related. Seek to understand business pain points and opportunities and ensure these are translated into actionable, innovative solution recommendations and technical specifications Maintain project health: track timelines, budgets, risks, and vendor deliverables. Support knowledge transfer from the current consultant and ensure smooth operational support post-launch. Build and maintain relationships across HR, supply chain, and D&T to foster adoption, consistency, and efficiency. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in HR or Workforce Management implementations, ideally with scheduling or time & attendance systems. Strong project management and influencing skills—able to coordinate multiple stakeholders without direct reporting authority. Experience with workforce management platforms. Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, including vendor partnerships. Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in HR, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environments is highly preferred. Willingness to travel up to 25% for site visits and project meetings. Preferred: Master’s degree or PMP/SCRUM certification. Prior experience in large-scale HR technology implementations. Background in CPG, manufacturing, or supply chain systems. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $108900.00 - $181700.00 / Annually. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
