## Key Role Overview The Program Security Representative provides multi-discipline security support and day-to-day analysis for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities. The role ensures compliance with national and Do. D security policies, develops and executes safeguarding procedures, conducts facility compliance reviews, and investigates potential compromises of classified information. ## Key Responsibilities - Ensure strict adherence to the provisions of the NISPOM, its Supplement, the Do. D Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy. - Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data in support of US military operations. - Provide day-to-day security support including continuous assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and recommend revisions and improvements to security policies, procedures, and systems. - Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities. - Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security (OPSEC) program. - Provide contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight. - Brief personnel at all levels, including government and senior civilian staff, on a variety of security-related topics. - Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on facility reviews, and facility close-outs. - Monitor, report, and track all corrective actions resulting from compliance reviews and ensure timely notification of pertinent security matters to program technical and management staff. - Conduct preliminary inquiries, explore loss/compromise/suspected compromise of classified or sensitive information, and generate damage assessments. - Coordinate with SAP security personnel to ensure lessons learned are incorporated into SAP security education and awareness programs. ## Required Qualifications - 8+ years of related experience; SAP experience required. - U.S. Citizenship required. - Clearance: Must currently possess Top Secret/SCI; TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required or must be able to attain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related area OR Associate’s degree in a related area + 2 years’ experience OR equivalent experience (4 years). - Required skills: facility security, physical security, system security; familiarity with NISPOM, Do. D Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy. - Experience equivalencies: Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts toward 3 years of experience; Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) counts toward 5 years of experience. Maximum equivalent experience for SPED certifications is 5 years. ## Preferred Qualifications (if any) - Holders of SFPC or SPSC certifications (or other program security certifications) beyond baseline requirements. - Prior, demonstrable experience working in SAP program security beyond the required minimum. - Additional security certifications or formal training in program/special access security. ## Compensation & Benefits - Salary range: $92,735 - $125,465 (likely range; actual salary set based on experience, geographic location and contractual requirements and could fall outside this range). - Benefits include a variety of medical plan options (some with Health Savings Accounts), dental and vision plans, 401(k) with company match, paid time off (vacation, sick, personal), holidays, paid parental leave, military leave, bereavement, and jury duty leave. - Income protection offerings such as short- and long-term disability, life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, personal accident, critical illness, and business travel and accident insurance. - Flexible work weeks where possible and regularly reviewed Total Rewards package. ## Additional Information - Scheduled weekly hours: 40. - Travel expected: 10-25%. - Telecommuting options: Onsite (work location specified as USA OH Dayton). - Work Location: USA OH Dayton. - Equal Opportunity Employer; must meet U.S. citizenship and clearance requirements to be considered.
