Basic Qualifications Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 10+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 8 years of job-related experience. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Responsibilities for this Position Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in a software leadership role with direct people management responsibilities. Demonstrated success leading complex software development projects from conception to launch. Preferred Qualifications: An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building teams and products from scratch. A strong "player-coach" mentality with a desire to lead from the front while empowering your team. A solid background as a software engineer, enabling you to contribute meaningfully to technical discussions and earn the respect of a highly technical team. Expertise in modern Agile, DevOps, and SRE principles. Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and lead a team through a fast-paced, innovative environment. A genuine passion for technology and a curiosity for how AI and automation can transform the way we work. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled. Combined Salary Range USD $214,091.00 - USD $237,508.00 /Yr.
