Type of Requisition: Regular Clearance Level Must Currently Possess: None Clearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: None Public Trust/Other Required: None Job Family: IT Infrastructure and Operations Job Qualifications: Skills: Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft SharePoint Certifications: None Experience: 8 + years of related experience US Citizenship Required: Yes Job Description: We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer to build and support applications using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform. This person will work with users and IT teams across multiple offices to understand their needs, improve processes, and deliver reliable solutions. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and custom applications. Develop applications in Power Apps and automate workflows with Power Automate. Meet with users to gather requirements, review feedback, and improve solutions. Troubleshoot existing applications, workflows, and code. Review documentation and standard operating procedures to identify opportunities for improvement. Support SharePoint migrations, site permissions, and content organization. Coordinate work with other developers and internal IT teams in an Agile environment. Provide technical guidance to junior developers and explain solutions to business stakeholders. Required qualifications Strong experience developing custom applications in SharePoint Online and Power Apps. Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, and TypeScript or JavaScript. Ability to gather user requirements and build solutions that support multiple offices. Experience troubleshooting custom applications and code. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both users and technical teams. Familiarity with Agile development. Security+ certification, as required for this federal IT position. Preferred qualifications Experience with Power Automate, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint REST APIs, or PowerShell. Experience migrating older SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online. Experience with Azure, .NET, SQL Server, or CI/CD pipelines. Experience mentoring developers or leading technical work. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience. The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
