MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As an RPA Project/Task Manager, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the missions of our customer. You will play a crucial role via the following responsibilities: • Contributes to project success by influencing internal and external stakeholders • Collaborates and effectively leads meetings with contractors and federal partners to set strategy, governance, source automation ideas, and gather requirements. • Leads team of RPA Developers in achieving automation mission • Collects detailed project requirements; anticipates technical needs and collaborates with developers to create future state automated workflows • Translates between business and technical needs • Champions resolution of production issues • Leads feasibility assessments and requirement gathering sessions • Participates in testing and code reviews • Creates Process Design Documents and collaborates on Solution Design Documents • Documents and collects information on RPA programs value over time • Helps drive project timelines/scope; deliver on commitments WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED Bring your program management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT.
