Lead technical strategy and architecture for a secure, scalable SaaS and mobile platform, mentor developers, manage coding standards, oversee CI/CD and testing, and ensure compliance with security regulations.
Technical leadership experience with modern web frameworks (Node.js, React, Angular), mobile development, AWS cloud expertise, CI/CD pipelines, strong security knowledge, and familiarity with SaaS compliance and enterprise integrations.

They are seeking a Technical Lead for their Breach Plan Connect® platform, where the individual will guide technical strategy, mentor developers, and ensure the architecture and execution of a secure and scalable SaaS and mobile application. Responsibilities • Define and evolve the architecture of BPC’s web and mobile stack. • Ensure scalability and performance, while ensuring defined SLAs are met. • Lead decisions around frameworks, cloud services (AWS preferred), and integrations. • Manage and mentor a small team of developers. • Set coding standards, conduct reviews, and guide delivery practices. • Oversee sprint planning and backlog refinement in close partnership with Product. • Ensure release quality through automated testing, peer reviews, and documentation • Implement coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and robust testing frameworks. • Adhere to security and compliance requirements (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR readiness). • Embed security-by-design principles across the codebase. • Manage encryption, access controls, and multi-tenancy. • Support compliance documentation and audit readiness. • Partner with Product and Business teams to accelerate the development of feature requests. • Support Customer Success with escalated technical issues. • Contribute to documentation for internal teams and external stakeholders. Skills • Experience in technical leadership roles, including guiding development teams and architectural decisions • Strong hands-on development background in modern web frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Node.js) and frontend tools (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) • Experience with mobile development (e.g., React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android) • Cloud infrastructure expertise (preferably AWS) and CI/CD pipelines • Deep understanding of application security best practices • Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or insurance SaaS • Familiarity with offline-first mobile architectures • Exposure to SSO, SaaS subscriptions, and enterprise integrations • Passion for mentoring and building strong engineering cultures Benefits • Health benefits • Retirement savings benefits • Flexible PTO • Remote-first flexibility Company Overview • NetDiligence® is a Cyber Risk Assessment and Data Breach Services company.
