This combined team, in collaboration with key partners, builds solutions to serve Marketing, Customer Engagement, Medical Affairs, Public Affairs & Access (“CMG”), and other patient- and customer-facing teams across CMG to shape and drive a seamless, consistent, meaningful, and compliant experience for patients and customers across our interactions. The team is specifically accountable for: • Defining omnichannel solutions, shaping engagement strategies, designing, operationalizing, and producing seamless, consistent & meaningful patient and customer experiences. • Accelerating, connecting, and enabling the development of digital solutions that enhance the patient and customer experience across CMG. • Advancing the mission of seamless, consistent & meaningful patient and customer experiences that maximize patient impact while keeping compliance at the forefront. The Opportunity The Senior Production Manager, Web will lead the strategic execution and optimization of web experiences across marketing and medical domains. This role ensures seamless delivery of website and mobile app initiatives and aligns digital strategies with business objectives. This individual will also stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends to enhance channel/program effectiveness. Key Responsibilities • Drive timely Web delivery to ensure high-quality, and high-satisfaction patient and customer channel experiences, in partnership with vendors and stakeholders / teams • Operationalize, produce, and optimize campaign and above campaign/ execution plans products/channels in alignment with channel standards (experience, design and technical) campaign and above-champaign / campaign execution plans (CEP) initiations and optimizations from stakeholders to create impactful patient, customer, and payer experiences. • Provide mentorship and guidance to production managers and managed service teams, fostering development and ensuring delivery of high-quality channel experiences • Ensure timely business delivery by effectively utilizing project management tools and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones. • Maintain accountability for delivering high-quality, high-satisfaction patient and customer experiences, driving continuous improvement initiatives. • Lead activation of channel and campaign optimization decisions to drive improved effectiveness, reach, and overall performance • Identify opportunities and provide input into documentation around Web processes and standards, best practices, and production calendars, in partnership with business product owners / managers • Provide strategic insights and product planning inputs to product teams to enhance performance, efficiency, and capacity. • Help identify and implement efficiency optimizations that elevate product processes and overall performance. • Partner with digital operations managers to consistently provide input into efficiency opportunities to elevate product processes and performance. • Drive coordination between vendors, product teams, cross-functional teams, and other key stakeholders as needed in support of product/channel stewardship and deployment. • Work with the Business Product Owner/Manager assisting in executing pilots to test and refine new initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards as needed in support of product/channel stewardship and deployment. • Oversee and implement SEO strategy execution. • Manage and refine website URL strategy, including redirects, migrations, and domain structuring, ensuring seamless customer journeys and search engine compliance. • Ensure executional adherence to OneTrust and other privacy regulations impacting web and mobile platforms. • Comply with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of Genentech activities. Who You Are Minimum Candidate Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 5 years in campaign operations, marketing production, or omnichannel execution, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality business outcomes on time. • Significant experience managing end-to-end omnichannel or multichannel program/campaign execution, including the integration of digital and offline channels. • Advanced project management skills with a strong ability to lead operational delivery and ensure optimal resource utilization. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively align cross-functional teams and enterprise stakeholders. • Demonstrated success in managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with SLAs and regulatory standards. • Proven ability to work independently and take calculated risks to fail fast, iterate, and improve • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in coaching and inspiring team members (direct or indirect). Additional Desired Candidate Qualifications & Experience • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries, with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in campaign management. • Proven experience activating above-campaign initiatives into channel experiences and managing product or campaign optimization pilots. • Expertise in managing automated production and publishing processes, with proficiency in workflow and publishing systems. • Familiarity with omnichannel systems and tools such as workflow, campaign automation, CRM, etc. • Advanced proficiency with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies. • Experience with SEO and web analytics platforms. • Experience with web platform technologies • Experience with web platform technologies including web content personalization Location • This position is based in South San Francisco, CA, however a remote work option will be considered for US candidates who live outside of the Bay Area. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South San Francisco, CA is $138,810 and $256,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
