Associate Affiliate Manager Gen3 is looking for an Associate Affiliate Manager to own a portfolio of affiliate programs, blending hands-on channel management with strategic execution. In this role, you’ll drive revenue growth through data-driven insights, build strong publisher relationships, and turn client objectives into actionable plans, while ensuring seamless operations across recruitment, activation, optimization, and compliance. What You’ll Do Strategy Execution • Translate client goals into measurable affiliate channel strategies and structured action plans • Analyze performance trends, KPIs, and benchmarks to identify growth opportunities • Present results, insights, and recommendations to clients, securing alignment and approval • Lead publisher-specific discussions during client calls while contributing to broader account strategy conversations Program Optimization • Oversee daily management of multiple affiliate programs with a focus on performance improvement • Implement promotional updates, creative rotations, and content calendar initiatives • Drive publisher recruitment, onboarding, activation, and re-engagement efforts • Execute testing initiatives to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention performance Partnership Development • Cultivate strong partnerships with publishers to negotiate placements and unlock incremental value • Source and onboard new affiliate partners aligned with client acquisition goals • Maintain ongoing communication to strengthen engagement and maximize contribution Operational Excellence • Ensure adherence to internal quality standards, processes, and best practices • Manage compliance monitoring, offer accuracy, and quality assurance protocols • Develop and distribute newsletters, text links, and promotional materials • Own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, providing clear insights and actionable next steps What's in it for you? • Hybrid work and remote work options are available outside of head office locations • Flexible work hours • Summer Fridays • Insurance coverage with cost incentives • Paid parental leave benefits • Advancement opportunities • Ongoing training and development opportunities • Opportunities to travel • 401K contribution matching plan after 6 months (US Only) • Company sponsored events Only applicants who meet the stated job requirements will be contacted.
