This Senior Manager of Corporate & Internal Communications will lead strategic communication programs that strengthen our corporate narrative and enhance employee engagement across the organization. This role will develop and execute high-impact communication strategies that support executive priorities, promote transparency, and reinforce our culture during a time of ongoing transformation. This role partners closely with senior leadership, P&C, and cross-functional teams to craft clear, consistent, and compelling messaging for both internal and external audiences. This position will oversee company-wide communication channels, manage executive communications, and ensure alignment across all corporate messages. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement corporate communication strategies that support company goals and executive priorities. • Lead internal communications planning and content creation for major initiatives, announcements and moments. • Manage executive communications, including speeches, presentations, and internal/external messaging. • Oversee key communication channels (intranet, email, all hands, newsletter, etc.) and improve their effectiveness. • Partner with P&C, Marketing, and leadership teams to ensure clear, consistent, and aligned messaging. • Monitor internal feedback and communication performance to continuously improve engagement.
