Job Title Business Development Representative – Construction (Commission Only) Job Description Gema Construction is a growing construction and remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, and home renovations. We are looking for driven, self-motivated sales hunters who can generate new business and build long-term relationships. This is a commission-only, performance-based role. If you bring the client, we handle the execution. What You’ll Do Prospect and bring new clients (contractors, realtors, investors, homeowners) Visit job sites, network, cold approach, and build relationships Present our construction and remodeling services Coordinate with our internal team once the project is closed Build a pipeline of recurring clients What We Offer High commission per closed project No cap on earnings Fast closing cycles Strong operations team that delivers quality work Opportunity to grow into a Sales Manager / Territory Lead This role is ideal for someone who wants unlimited income and full control over their results. Compensation Commission-only Paid per closed and collected project Top performers can earn $5,000–$10,000+ per month Who This Role Is For Proven experience in construction, remodeling, or home improvement sales Comfortable with commission-only compensation Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-starter who does not need supervision Reliable transportation required Requirements Experience generating your own leads Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Authorized to work in the U.S. Field sales / networking mindset Important This is NOT a salaried position and NOT a lead-provided role.
