You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology integration and provide expert guidance on system improvements. What You'll Do: - You will design, deploy, and manage scalable IT infrastructure solutions tailored to client needs. - You will troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to minimize downtime and ensure reliability. - You will collaborate with project managers and technical teams to deliver technology projects on time and within budget. - You will implement security best practices to protect client data and systems. - You will monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency. - You will mentor junior engineers and provide technical training to team members. - You will document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing. - You will stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to advise clients effectively. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering or a related IT role. - Strong expertise in Windows and Linux server environments. - Proficiency with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, VMware Certified Professional, or Cisco CCNA. - Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, or PowerShell scripting. - Background in cybersecurity practices and compliance standards. - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
