Job Description: • Assists in resolving customer concerns • Provides appropriate education/instruction to maintain customer satisfaction • Reconciles enrollment reports and related eligibility issues • Determines member eligibility and processes terminations and disenrollments • Reviews claims for resolution and provides support to member and provider services staff Requirements: • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) - Required • Minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience - Required • Skills: Communication, Customer Retentions, Customer Service Benefits: • Healthcare benefits for full time and part time positions from day one • Vision insurance • Dental insurance • Benefits for domestic partners
