What You Bring: - You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field. - You possess 0-2 years of professional experience, including internships or leadership roles in academic or extracurricular settings. - You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in team environments. - You show a passion for leadership development and a commitment to continuous learning. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience or coursework in insurance, risk management, or financial services. - Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel advanced functions, Tableau, or SQL. - Previous participation in leadership development programs or similar initiatives. - Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
