What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. - Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish preferred). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
