What You'll Do: - You will engage with potential and existing customers to explain insurance products and services clearly. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. - You will manage the sales process from initial contact through policy issuance. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets. - You will provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships. - You will stay informed about industry trends and product updates. - You will assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptly. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services. - You are fluent in English and at least one other language (Spanish preferred). - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools. - You have a customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle objections effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a bilingual sales environment. - Knowledge of insurance products and regulations. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
